$50 Deposit & Cancellation Policy
$50 DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO BOOK
A $50 deposit is required to secure and reserve a photography session date and time with Mandela Prestige Photography. The $50 deposit is applied toward the client's total session balance and is not an additional charge.
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
The $50 deposit is non-refundable if the client cancels their session or fails to attend their scheduled appointment (no-show). The deposit compensates Mandela Prestige Photography for reserving the photographer's time exclusively for the client, declining other potential bookings for that appointment, and preparing for the scheduled session.
RESCHEDULING
If a client needs to change their appointment, they may request one rescheduling with at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling is subject to photographer availability. The original $50 deposit will remain applied to the rescheduled session and will not be refunded. Requests to reschedule made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be treated as a cancellation, and the $50 deposit will be forfeited.
NO-SHOWS
If a client does not appear for their scheduled session and does not provide advance notice, the appointment will be considered a no-show and the $50 deposit will be forfeited.
CANCELLATION BY MANDELA PRESTIGE
If Mandela Prestige Photography must cancel a session and cannot provide a mutually agreeable rescheduled date, all amounts paid toward that session will be refunded to the client.
